Risk and Compliance Analyst Glasgow FTC Competitive Salary
Are you an experienced AML administrator or recent graduate looking to join a new and vibrant team?
Do you enjoy working on large-scale projects and using your accuracy and problem-solving skills?
I am currently looking for an experienced AML administrator or graduate who is looking for an opportunity to collaborate on a large project within a new and growing team with a highly established investment firm.
What does the day-to-day look like?
The successful candidate will report to the project manager and be responsible for remediating client accounts to meet current AML standards and reviewing clients' CDD files.

Please note this is a 12-month FTC which may lead to a permanent opportunity for the right candidate. The hours of work are 35 per week Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:
- Review and complete cases aligned with company policy and procedures
- Identifying high-risk cases and patterns and assist in determining the appropriate risk rating and sources of funds
- Escalate complex cases to the financial crime team where needed
- Liaise with and provide advice to the business to obtain missing information and ensure accurate client risk assessments
- Manage own workload effectively and offer pro-active improvement suggestions where appropriate
Are YOU who we are looking for?
Experience and Skills:
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Good interpersonal skills, with a determined and proactive approach
- Experience gained in an Anti-money laundering or client due diligence team
- Some knowledge of KYC/AML
- Degree educated in a relevant discipline (desirable)
