Head of Finance (Manufacturing)
This is an opportunity for all candidates to be involved in the full spectrum of finance, leading a big team of more than 10 staff, and be involved in the business decision making for the business like a CFO while business partnering with all other stakeholders to find business opportunities in the market.
Our client is a well known MNC manufacturing company that is looking for high calibre to join their team and to contribute their experience and value to the organization.
Key business partner with all stakeholders of the organization
Looking into financial planning and decision making to ensure maximization of value for the company
Overseeing all accounting and reporting processes
Ensure there is enough of financial controls and compliance to the process, taxation and accounting standards
Responsible for leading, directing the budgets and to monitor performance against plans
Evaluate the business challenges, expenses, and always striving for the maximum profitability that can be obtained with the given market opportunities
Support and initiate business improvement processes to strengthen the accounting and finance team
Ensure good governance of statutory requirement compliance, tax and treasury matters
Coach and guide the team to ensure teamwork and collaboration is attained for business efficiency
Any other ad hoc task requirement and projects from time to time
Minimum 10 years experience and 5 years in leadership role doing the full finance spectrum
MUST have commercial experience and preferably with manufacturing experience
Professionally qualified preferably (CPA, ICAEW, ACCA etc)
Strategic thinker, firm with business decision, ability to lead strategy implementation
Teamwork and collaborative culture
Adaptable and embrace change as process improvement for better efficiency
Candidate will have the autonomy to be leading the company business overview, decision, and outlook of the business. You will be able to lead a large team and business partnering with all other stakeholders to meet the business objectives.
