The day-to-day activities:

  • Gate keep Procurement Projects and Savings Methodology
  • Support budget mapping and Procurement coverage
  • Support Supplier Segmentation and Supplier Relationship Management Program
  • Support the development and drive the governance of Preferred Supplier Lists
  • Facilitates the identification, implementing and tracking of productivity savings across Total Cost of Ownership across various categories/ regions
  • Analyzes, documents and presents complex category and commodity operational/financial data to stakeholders/executives
  • Support strategic new initiatives across Procurement across Supplier Improvement programs, Category/ Projects segmentation
  • Collaborate with other Governance and Intelligence Procurement Team members to build, automate and administer intuitive dashboards that help visualize and answer complex business problems and will drive efficiency in spend and to support procurement category owners and leaders for key decision making
  • Support the re-design optimization of sourcing and spend intelligence within Grab Group
  • Enhance and maintain the sourcing tools to provide efficiency to both S2C and P2P teams
  • Develop and support High Level Category business case, cost/benefit analysis and benefit realization analyses by focusing on spend/ category analysis
  • Drive for discussion with cross-functional groups to work thru Process Improvement/ Spend Analysis and Intelligence, Operational Excellence or Problem resolution
  • Will be involved in the development needed of the Procurement reporting platform
  • Accountable for delivery of high-quality ad-hoc analyses and insights, which can combine different types of data and use analytic techniques to support procurement projects.
  • Develop reporting and analysis to build global KPI’s that are measured in an aligned way across all sites
  • Monitors and analyzes procurement KPI’s. Requires technical knowledge of the work involved and the ability to report information to management
  • Supports reporting platform tools and serves as an administrator and point of contact for best known methods and practices
  • Be an active analytic partner in procurement processes, strategic initiatives/projects and continuous improvement

The must haves:

  • Degree in any Supply Chain, IT, Business Management discipline or any relevant study
  • Strong working knowledge and use of analytical tools such as Tableau, Powerpoint & Excel skills (Oracle ERP platform good to have)
  • Knowledge of Strategic sourcing and Supply Chain Processes
  • Strong Analytical, Organization and functional planning competency
  • Strong communication, change management, problem solving and presentation skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • Ability to effectively organize, plan, control and prioritize work /projects
  • Team player with a clear focus on delivering
