Assist clients with the accounting and financial reporting aspects related to private equity client's including statutory financial statements, group reporting package or other financial information and assisting with bookkeeping services.Advise and support clients in the preparation of financial reporting to investors in line with the guidance issued by INVEST Europe and ILPA;Assist clients in improving and implementing efficient reporting processesDeliver added value services to clients by providing industry insight, “out-of-the-box” ideas and solutions to improve their reporting model;Provide private equity clients customized business specific training solutions on accounting, financial reporting standards (Lux GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP) and general business matters including PE business model, market structuring and tax.
Assist clients in applying IFRS and Lux GAAP: conversions, implementation of new standards, accounting opinions, etc.Manage client relationshipsProfessionalism in servicing clientsEnsure that engagements are executed in accordance with the firm's methodologies and guidance, professional standards and local legal and regulatory requirements Skills and attributes for success
You have covered in your studies in any of the following fields: Reporting, Controlling, Consolidation, Business Intelligence or Audit.You are dynamic and looking to work in a rapidly growing businessYou are client oriented and have the ability to develop excellent business relationship with clientsYou have an entrepreneurial mindset and are willing to contribute to business growthYou are a strong team playerYou have good project management skillsYou are a confident communicatorYou are fluent in English.
