Insurance Operations Specialist with French or German

Your tasks:

• Operating in the system – filling data in the system, analyzing data, preparing reports
• Analyzing customer claims / complaints
• Advising customers on their financial status
• Answering calls or e-mails when needed

We expect:

• Fluent command of French or German language (at least C1 level)
• Very good command of English language (at least B2 level)
• Experience in Administration works
• Previous experience in Finance sector would be a big plus
• Knowledge of / Experience in Insurance or Claims would be a strong asset
• Strong organizational and communication skills
