Description

• Drive and assist the development of relevant systems
• Lead existing financial reporting processes in align with the business
• Identify any improvements to increase efficiency
• Work collaboratively cross functionally to ensure the smooth installation of programmes
• Lead and manage reviews to all stakeholders working with FRS
• Ensure compliance is met with the group (statutory & regulatory)
• Manage the accurate preparation of monthly financial management accounts in a timely manner

Profile

• Fully qualified accountant
• Financial services knowledge and experience
• Experience in change management accounting and improving processes
• Previous experience and knowledge of IFRS, in particular IFRS17
• Any experience in lean or six sigma on a project basis would be beneficial
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• People management experience and motivated leader
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• High attention to detail, analytical and curios to add input for continuous improvements

Job Offer

• Base salary from £50,000 to £60,000
