The Accounts Assistant will be an important figure for our client in their growing accountancy team in Croydon.

Client Details

Our client a well known business based in Croydon, are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a full time permanent basis.

Description

The day to day duties for the Accounts Assistant shall include:

  • Provide direct support to the Finance Team
  • To ensure all supplier and customer queries are dealt with in the appropriate manner
  • Support the team in chasing outstanding payments
  • To prepare accurate invoices
  • To strive to improve the administrative accounts procedures within the department
  • Comply at all times with the organisation's Policies and Procedures;

Profile

The successful candidate shall:

  • Be studying towards an accounting qualification (AAT/CIMA/ACCA)
  • Can commute to Croydon.
  • Have relevant experience in the above.

Job Offer

Salary £20,000-£24,000

Plus additional benefits.
