Roles:

Check and review all payments to ensure the compliance with commitments, company policies, laws and regulations before submitting to Finance manager Review all GL posted properly; Directly in charge of general accounts such as payroll, provisions, prepaid expense, FA, CAPEX, ect; Act as a cost analysist and controller; In charge of VAT report and VAT refund; Prepare for month-end closing, year-end closing; Monthly report on OH & MOH budget Variance; Monthly report on OH, inventorized costs; Monthly report on CAPEX; Monthly reconcile and break down all TB accounts; Assist finance manager to set up internal control; Liase with OGBS team, Saigon team for reconciliation; Make report for independent audit, tax audit, custom audit if required; Assist finance manager to set up internal control; and Adhoc reports & jobs
