Financial Analysis & Pricing Manager (Medical Device)

The Company

Our client is a leading European Medical Device MNC with global presence and over 6000 employees worldwide. As they continue their expansion plans in Asia, they are seeking an APAC FP&A and Pricing Manager.

The Role

Reporting to the APAC Finance Director, you will oversee the financial analysis and reporting for the APAC region and act as the key liaison between in-country and global teams. Your responsibilities include financial analysis (P&L, balance sheet and cash flow), budgeting, forecasting, monthly performance tracking and price analysis. You will support the senior leadership team by highlighting and analyzing variances, identifying and mitigating risks and executing opportunities to achieve and exceed business commitments.

This is a highly visible role within the organization and you will also have the opportunity to partner closely with the Group M&A and Legal teams in assessing investment opportunities. Last but not least, you will also lead and drive process improvement and efficiency projects across the region.

Your Profile

As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Finance or Accounting with at least 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis within an MNC environment. Prior regional exposure within the FMCG, Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device industry will be essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, SAP and Navision is highly preferred while exposure to Salesforce and PowerBI will be a plus. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work well within a fast-paced environment will be crucial.
