Primarily, this position would be focusing on driving digital adoption and increasing digital sales. He/She would be exposed to the latest technology enhancements and wealth management platform developments in the region. On top of that, he/she would be tasked to work on campaign(s)/project(s) from end-to-end, thereby honing his/her project management skills, be exposed to risk management and controls (e.g. OWSP), making business decisions using data and enhancing his/her client obsession mindset

Specific Responsibilities:

Trainee to be involved in:

1. execution of technical digital initiatives and the management of technical teams in the execution of those initiatives; he/she would also be working on initiatives to drive digital KPIs.

2. working with core project resources (such as vendors, technical resources, regional counterparts, product owners and overall project manager) to develop detailed, actionable project schedules

3. developing detailed and accurate work schedules, project estimates, and resource plans

4. performing UAT on new releases for all available locales to ensure deliverables are in accordance to functional requirements

5. reviewing testing performed by Central Testing Team to ensure all customer-critical areas are being covered

6. ensuring contents are updated for all locales

7. performing regression testing to certify the deployment to production prior to monthly releases

8. coordinating with GCT to ensure ethical hacking is performed on a project and/or semi-annual basis; ensure all issues highlighted as part of EH are being addressed and fixes deployed to production

9. providing L1 support to sales team and front-liners on customer issues relating to the online channels (special focus on Citi Live Chat)

10. raising incident tickets for system issues, follow up and tracks to closure.

11. executing, monitoring and controlling projects from original concept through final implementation

12. communicating accurate and timely project accomplishments and overall project health to stakeholders via required measures and methods (such as status reports, metrics, and checkpoints)

13. facilitating technical discussions with stakeholders across teams, driving to collaborative decisions to work through issues of architecture and technical dependence

14. providing recommendations for performance improvement

15. planning and executing end-to-end digital campaign to drive digital sales, adoption and usage

16. using data to make business decisions relating to digital initiatives

any other ad-hoc activities that contributes to the overall success of the business.

Technical Skills and Competencies:

At the end of the 9 months, the Trainee would be able to:

1. plan and execute end-to-end digital campaign to drive digital sales, adoption and usage

2. use data to make business decisions relating to digital initiatives

3. understand the process and procedures involved in a front-end digital project for the finance industry

4. appreciate the importance of OWSP in an offshore business and apply it effectively

5. design client's digital wealth management journey
