Commercial Controller - Multinational Consumer Company

Our Client is looking for Commercial Controller to be a part of their Finance team. This role is to strengthen and to equip as well as to be a business partner for the Commercial team.

Description

• Prepare and review financial and strategic plan, from monthly, quarterly, to annually
• Lead financial analysis to support the commercial team
• Drive P&L improvement through performance analysis which leads to new initiative implementation
• Business partner to other divisions to increase profitability
• ROI calculation, pricing strategy, SKU analysis, etc
• Drive revenue growth through market analysis, analysing market position
• Profitability analysis
• Assist in new product launch analysis, both pre and post launch
• Any other ad-hoc activities

Profile

• Bachelor in Finance and Accounting, Master degree/CPA/CFA and equivalents will be beneficial
• Big 4 Public Accounting Firm background with strong experience with FMCG industry
• 10 years of working experience, with a minimum of 3 years within senior management position
• Strong analytic skill and combined with strong business acumen
• Strong communication skill, both in Bahasa Indonesia as well as English
• Local Indonesian only
