The Role

Summary of Role Purpose:
The CRM Business Analyst will support the Business Product Owner in driving forward the Market Development Technology roadmap, underpinned by the strategic vision for CRM.
They will liaise with the Technical Product Owner on a regular basis, acting as the interface between business requirements and technical delivery teams.

Description of the role:
The CRM Business Analyst is critical to establishing strong connectivity across KBS functions (including Risk and Finance) as well as working closely with key stakeholders across Capabilities and Coverages, to define, validate and test business requirements that enable the strategic vision for CRM.

Key responsibilities;
The CRM Business Analyst will,
• Work closely with the Business Product Owner to ensure business requirements are aligned to the agreed strategy and vision for CRM.
• Deeply understand KPMG Business processes and drive efficiencies by simplifying current functionality.
• Build a network across the firm to gain input into the continuous roadmap for CRM.
• Facilitate user workshops to validate and scope the design of future changes.
• Act as the conduit between business stakeholders, project and technical teams to ensure alignment with business requirements, technical capability and delivery timelines.
• Work with the Business Product Owner to drive consistency in technology across Market Development.
• Draft and document clear and concise requirements that translate the needs of the business. Coordinate and validate the Functional Specification and ensure 'traceability' to detailed requirements.
• Work closely with change specialists to ensure an impact assessment is carried out for all change requests. Ensure all change requests go through the appropriate change request process.
• Validate the written technical solution/design documents and participate where required in the user testing requirements of the solution
• Work with other teams or 3rd parties to agree the solution design document for the Business function
• Identify business or project risks and feed them into the Business and Technical Product Owners. Assist in creating or developing contingency plans for business or project related risks.
• Based on input from the business, work closely with change specialists to recommend learning solutions that will drive adoption.

The Person

To succeed in this role the Business Analyst should be;
• Able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
• Have a deep understanding of KPMG Business processes, across functions.
• Highly skilled Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years' experience working in complex organisation, previous experience working in a Partnership preferable
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 Online would be preferable
• Experience in producing Functional Specifications
• A Team player who can work in a high-pressure environment with aggressive timelines
• The individual will need to be flexible and adaptable to deliver a customer centric approach and be driven to partner and respond to the changing business needs
• Requirements engineering experience is a must with the ability to streamline and increase efficiency
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Understands the importance of good data management.
• Experience of managing multiple stakeholders, with very different issues and nuanced requirements.
• Ability to build and maintain strong internal relationships at all levels.
• Strong senior stakeholder management .
• Benefit identification and Business Case creation experience
• Development of Value Propositions (VP) and Return on Investment (ROI) Business Cases.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and an excellent facilitator.
