  • A strong academic record a well as professional accountancy qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or alternatively overseas equivalent)


  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on driving excellent financial and commercial performance


  • Ability to produce relevant financial analysis to support ongoing commercial decision making as well as identify business risks and opportunities


  • Effective presentational skills, both verbal and written with strong attention to detail


  • A commercial and questionning mindset finance boundaries as well as the ability to understand key business drivers


  • Ability to communicate effectively and challenge senior stakeholders across both finance and non-finance teams


  • Ability to thrive and meet expectations within a fast paced, ever changing environment
