Our client is a well established national gourmet restaurant & home dining market leader with their head office based in Glasgow city Centre are looking to take add a burst of new flavour to the team with a new digital support apprentice to support a fast growing successful organization.

This will be a fast paced role and most suited to someone who is confident around people and have passion for providing a professional service and great client experience.

You will be given full on the job training on all systems and also be working towards an SQCF 6 Digital Applications Diploma through QA

What will I learn?

Processing of invoices including seeking internal authorizations and loading onto ledgers using relevant portals

• Monitoring finance electronic mailbox for incoming invoices and supplier queries

• Finance inbox maintenance and filing

• Liaison with the procurement team and matching of orders to invoices

• Supplier statement reconciliations through specialized software's

• Preparation of weekly supplier payment listings for review and authorization through internal systems

• Dealing with various internal contacts within the business

• Assistance to the wider finance team as required

• Ability to prioritise a varied & busy workload effectively
• Good communicator
• Self- starter and proactive
• Embraces change and flexibility to operate in a fast moving and growing business
• Solid IT skills including the use of Excel, Word and Outlook
