Job Details

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee company-wide Financial, Planning and Analysis (FP&A) activities
Assist in M&A evaluation, due diligence, and company integrations
Develop and monitor KPI and metric tracking across business units
Retain constant awareness of the company's financial position and act to prevent problems
Provide capital allocation analysis and assist in the implementation of corporate fundraising strategy
Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines
Oversee monthly preparation of property financial statements and management reports
Provide ongoing guidance on proper accounting treatment for revenue recognition, inventory, acquisitions, and other business developments
Own the Company's accounting policies and procedures, and ensure compliance, providing training and updates as appropriate
Collaborate with business leaders to seamlessly onboard new hotels onto the financial operating system
Manage and develop the Accounting team, growing it into a world-class organization
Oversee the preparation of annual Corporate budget, and produce quarterly forecasts
Develop the strategy for the financial product roadmap to automate reporting and optimize financial operations
Manage new finance systems and product implementations

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 8 years of experience participating or leading financial forecasting, budgeting, financial model development processes.
Bachelor's Degree(Master's Degree preferred) in Accounting or Finance, or MBA.
Preferred certification in Public Accounting as granted by state Accounting Board.
High attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.

Polished communication skills and executive presence. Capable of translating complex business matters across functions and levels of leadership in a clear and concise manner.
Experience in process efficiency and automation, with proven ability to operate successfully in a highly-complex and changing environment with competing objectives and priorities.
Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel
