Part Time Accounting Assistant - Ascension Parish

We are seeking a part-time Accounting Assistant with QuickBooks online experience for a long term opportunity in the Ascension Parish area.

Duties include:
  • Using QuickBooks Online
  • Bookkeeping
  • Accounts Payable
  • Sales tax
  • Answering phone
  • Keeping office organized
  • Filing
  • Data entry
  • General administrative duties as assigned

Qualities and Requirements:
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, data entry, QuickBooks Online)
  • Good communication skills
  • Organized
  • Able to work unsupervised and be self motivated
  • Desire to learn
  • Drug screen and background check will be performed

Pay $15.00-17.00/hour.
