Roles & Responsibilities
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipaterequirements, and provide compellingand innovative solutions
  • Ensure solutionsmeet business needs and requirements
  • Stay up-to-dateon the latest process and technology to automate and modernize systems
  • Work closely with business, technology andother stakeholders from project initiation, testing to deployment
  • Understandbusiness requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • Act as a liaisonbetween business and technology users

Requirements

  • Degree with 8 years of relevant experience
  • Certified Scrum Master or Certified ScrumProduct Owner
  • Experience in agile-related or data analyticsor digital initiatives involving technologies such as cloud, API, microservices,blockchain
  • Experience in Securities Business/ Equities willbe considered an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability toassimilate information quickly and gain consensus from multiple stakeholderswhen required
  • Good oral and written communication skills,including documentation and presentation skills
  • Comfortable communicating across businessdivisions and levels of seniority
