Join Global Business Service (GBS) Finance team at Novo Nordisk and get a life-changing career!About the departmentGlobal Finance GBS Bangalore was established in 2007, is currently responsible for supporting Accounting, Finance & Procurement, Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) for Headquarters, region Europe, North America, International Operations (IO) & GBS Bangalore. The main purpose of our existence is to provide superior service to our stakeholders consistently and add value to the processes in terms of standardisation and efficiency.The positionAs Associate Business Analyst, you will be responsiable to ensure all tasks are delivered as per stakeholder expectation with high quality, proactive communication around the process, raise red flags if necessary, to avoid unsound development in planned activities and liaise with Sr. Business analyst to identify mitigating actions and provide recommendations to stakeholdersFurthermore, you will be actively involved in driving continuous improvement of financial controlling or planning processes across department, ensure all the business and process updates are shared within team and business understanding.Additionally, you need to develop new tools, transition Experts, Cross Functional Responsibilities, Back-up training, Active participation in monthly meetings with stakeholders and implementing action plans and Keeping Process Expert/Sr. Business Analyst and Team leader up to date with the process developments. You will be responsiable for month-end closing, file preparation and commentary, budgeting etc.QualificationsBelow are the qualifications required.• Bachelor's degree and Chartered Accountant• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience• Experience in business controlling and other finance disciplines• Solid understanding within the field of accounting and finance• Knowledge of NN and the pharmaceutical industry• Project management experience• Proficient with PC-tools, extensive knowledge of MS Office, SAP ECC, SAP BW
