Reporting to the National Culinary Manager, we're looking for an exceptional Culinary Business Analyst to work in this highly visible and business facing position. This role requires someone who can engage with stakeholders at all levels to support our incredible National Culinary team. If you are a foodie with a passion for data, this is the role for you!

The Role:
  • Identifying data sources and the collection of data
  • Supporting the Business Development team with bid costings
  • Analysing data to find answers to specific questions
  • Supporting and developing national menu analytics and food cost analysis
  • Menu costing support for the national culinary team
  • Generating information and insights from data sets and identifying trends and patterns
  • Preparing reports and presentations for executive, project teams and client meetings
  • Creating visualisations of data
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks
The Person:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience working with and influencing senior decision makers
  • Experience handling and analysing complex, high volume data with excellent attention to detail
  • Presentation skills - ability to write and speak clearly to easily communicate complex idea in a way that is easy to understand
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of MS Office products, with advance Excel skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to support site based personnel on remote mine sites during regular site visits
  • Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and demonstrated facilitation skills
