Reporting to the National Culinary Manager, we're looking for an exceptional Culinary Business Analyst to work in this highly visible and business facing position. The Role:
- Identifying data sources and the collection of data
- Supporting the Business Development team with bid costings
- Analysing data to find answers to specific questions
- Supporting and developing national menu analytics and food cost analysis
- Menu costing support for the national culinary team
- Generating information and insights from data sets and identifying trends and patterns
- Preparing reports and presentations for executive, project teams and client meetings
- Creating visualisations of data
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience working with and influencing senior decision makers
- Experience handling and analysing complex, high volume data with excellent attention to detail
- Presentation skills - ability to write and speak clearly to easily communicate complex idea in a way that is easy to understand
- Extensive knowledge and experience of MS Office products, with advance Excel skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
- Ability to support site based personnel on remote mine sites during regular site visits
- Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and demonstrated facilitation skills
