Your new company
A large manufacturing organisation based in Witney is looking for an Accounts Payable Team Leader to join their busy finance team. This role would ideally suit an experienced team leader or supervisor, or someone currently in a senior accounts payable role looking for a step up. This is a permanent, full-time role with 7 direct reports.
Your new role
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for leading a team of 7; coaching and supporting, holding team meetings and 121s making sure personal development plans and team objectives are on track. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance and KPIs for the team, overseeing monthly service levels and reporting, giving overviews of the department with other areas of finance through meetings. Further to this you will support with implementation projects and make sure all processes and polices are adhered to within the team.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working within a fast-paced, high volume environment, preferably within a large organisation. Ideally you will have experience leading a team, or you will be in a senior accounts payable role looking for a step up. You will need great communication and organisation skills, with a flexible attitude and approach to work.

This role offers a salary of £28,000
