We're looking for someone who can:• prepare materials and information for regulatory inquiries and examinations from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and FDIC. • work closely with Credit and Market Risk Officers covering the Investment Bank, Wealth Management and Non-Core / Legacy divisions to understand key priorities and developments, and source information requested by regulators and internal audit functions as required. • directly engage with internal independent review functions (Group Internal Audit and Credit Risk Review) to facilitate timely and accurate delivery of requested data.• support senior managers in preparation for recurring and ad hoc regulatory meetings including drafting meeting materials, preparing briefing materials and managing resulting action items and follow ups. • coordinate with the firm-wide Regulatory Affairs function and related departments.Your teamYou'll be working in the Wealth Management USA ("WM USA") Governance and Strategy team. Our role is responsible for supporting management of the function's audit and regulatory interactions as part of a dedicated team within the U.S. Enterprise Frameworks and Regulatory Compliance team.Your expertise• bachelor's degree• ideally 4-5 years of experience in financial services; knowledge of or experience dealing with US regulations is a strong plus• experience working with Investment Banking and Wealth Management businesses is a plus• strong project management skills. • ability to work both independently and collaboratively with members of the management team and other colleagues across the bank• high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.• strong written and verbal communication skills.• fluent in English• execution-oriented, pro-active and having both big-picture skills and attention to details.• capable of working under pressure whilst juggling multiple tasks in a time sensitive environment.*LI-UBSAbout usExpert advice.
