Reporting into the Vice President of Billing & Credit, The Director of Retail Wireless Margin Assurance & Fraud Operations will be responsible for managing corporate revenue and fraud policies and helping to develop and support strategies that protect, detect and remediate leakage and fraudulent activity around network usage, billing system inadequacies, and payment exceptions.
This leader will play a pivotal role in how the company implements a large-scale fraud and margin assurance management strategy and system, requiring them to be able reflect and evolve his or her approach as needed.

- Develop procedures to ensure compliance with company revenue standards;
- Manage policies to protect the customer experience from costs, inconveniences and damages associated with fraudulent activity;
- Continuously oversee, monitor and analyze sales and commissions data to identify trends that could lead to revenue loss.

- Experience leading high profile and complex fraud prevention projects and initiatives;
- Motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to identify elements of fraud events or trends, associated data components, and comprehensive internal reports;
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting and compliance;
- Experience analyzing and interpreting complex data or large amounts of information accurately and taking action confidently;
- Executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively across varying audiences
- Collaborative, hands-on approach to work that is reflected through their management style and employee communications.
