KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Execute standard accounting policies and procedures.
- Help direct the day-to-day accounting operations required to support the business.
- Coordinate accounting processes that are executed by entry-level or semi-skilled employees.
- Apply comprehensive understanding of accounting practices and procedures to guide direct reports on creating technical accounting report packages.
- Other duties as assigned
- Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum one year of directly related work experience
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- One year of supervisory experience
