Reporting directly to the Program Manager, the Project Compliance Auditor is responsible for the management and delivery of a pre-defined package of work and will cover all areas of the business to ensure optimal results are achieved.

What you will be doing:

• Review and compliance check all in-bound design and construction costs from feasibility stage to construction and close out.
• Maintain engagement of the stakeholders through the Project lifecycle including Vendors, suppliers and other PM's for all acquisition and build documentation review process.
• Identification of root causes in build pricing and MOP at acquisition stage, and the development/implementation of associated action plans with vendor to maintain/improve process.
• Produce a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
• Compliance checks on all key deliverables of both design and site build, including but limited site latent defect tracking and close out.
• Create clear and attainable project objectives, in conjunction with project manager for all audit processes required.
• Manage project scope, schedule, quality, and cost complying with TPG Telecom project management policies and processes.
• Ensure operational processes are in place for successful transition of the project to operations including but not limited to raising TASKs and close out management.
• Working with the financial teams, ensure costs are controlled. Ensure this system is adhered to by all people working on the project.

What you'll need to be successful:

• An understanding of project management delivery methodologies.
• Minimum 3 years in the telecommunication industry with delivery management experience.
• Experience of working within a Project or Program team.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to motivate others.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders within a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Confident and articulate in leading negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good collaborative working style that drives a customer focus and great employee engagement.
• Excellent capability to manage own and teams' deliverables.
• Self-motivated and proactive with day-to-day task and objectives.
• Holds self-accountable for own and team's results and behaviour; and stays positive and effective in challenging situations.
