Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

Location: Pune

  • Accountable for the overall technical requirement detailing, design reviews, User test planning, requirement traceability etc
  • Support the design, build, test, and delivery of medium to high complexity projects
  • Multi task across multiple projects and requirements
  • Detailed analysis of PCB requirements and solutions to ensure effectiveness, relevance, accuracy and robust controls are implemented.


What will you be doing?
  • Exercises overall responsibility for the successful delivery of requirements, user testing and works with Business BA
  • Owns requirement framework, ensuring that plans are developed and tracked to appropriate standards, are integrated effectively across all work-streams, are unambiguous and achievable, and that dependencies are clearly understood and managed
  • Ensures the integrity of the Technology delivery to the requirement- focusing on the internal architecture; and outwardly on its coherence with other technology and business initiatives including managing interfaces / alignment with other Programmes, business as usual and specialist technical or service standards
  • Manage/ escalate risks and issues through to resolution. Implement solutions to prevent repetition of known issues/ risks and share knowledge of lessons learned.


What we're looking for:
  • Must have a strong track record of managing technical requirements for medium to high complexity projects
  • Strong mobilisation / initiation / planning experience in addition to management of established programmes
  • Must be able to demonstrate first class stakeholder management, highly skilled in communication both written and spoken, strong presentation skills and strong and influential personal credibility
  • Expert in managing significant business change/transformation challenges
  • Exceptional leadership skills with evidence of managing large teams across a range of disciplines and locations
  • Must have experience in working on marketing projects
  • Good to have experience in digital marketing technologies such as DMP, Ad Server, DSP, Tagging etc.
  • Technology Experience -Oracle, Unix, Java, Falcon (mainframe)
  • Working on a number of tasks on a variety of different projects at the same time.
  • Awareness of innovative management information tools and systems
  • Governance and compliance policies, standards, and procedures required to fulfil role e.g. data security, records management,
  • Strong analytical skills including ability to provide observations and comment
  • Wider-thinking and problem solving - identifying and delivering reporting through own initiative.
  • Understanding of change management process.
  • Certification from relevant technology provider (preferable)
