About the role

Collaborate with our growing Books team alongside other awesome and commercial professionals. This newly created, permanent full-time opportunity reports to our Manager - Bookkeeping. We're a rapidly growing team on the look-out for Melbourne's best talent to join us through this exciting period.

What you'll be doing
  • Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
  • Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
  • End to end payroll including superannuation, payroll tax and work cover
  • Lodgement of Superannuation
  • P&L/Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Monthly Reporting including cash flow

Requirements

We want to hear from people who have:
  • Relevant degree or diploma (major in accounting or bookkeeping)
  • Prior experience in a public accounting firm is highly regarded (admin or bookkeeping)
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite
