Page Personnel are working with a reputation Law Firm in Manchester, recruiting an experienced Legal Cashier to join their team.
Client Details
A well established business, with a reputation for staff retention, are recruiting a Legal Cashier to join their growing team.
Description
As a Legal Cashier, you will report into the Finance Manager, responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the accounts function.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: bank reconciliations; processing of online payments including - BACS, CHAPS payments; managing incoming cheques; invoice payments; ad hoc accounts duties; responding to and resolving queries.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have knowledge of working in a law firm - Essential
- Have thorough understanding of Solicitors Accounts Rules - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT Skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
