Description:

Process employee out of pocket expenses through travel/expense software

Process credit card expenses through travel/expense software

Process AP invoices and check requests for out of contract and overhead invoices

Set up and initiate ACH payments to vendors

Record ACH & Wire transactions

Reconcile credit card statements

Responsible for answering and Directing AP Phone Calls and Emails

Problem solve AP questions and effectively communicate responses

Process weekly check run

Create and maintain files for positive pay

Generate and distribute various AP Reports

Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices

Perform other duties as assigned

Top Skills Details:

– 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable

– Experience in Construction Accounting

Experience with SAGE/SAGE 300

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must have the ability to perform in a fast–paced environment

Can–do attitude with a strong attention to details

Associate's/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred

Experience Level:

Lower Level
