Payroll Merger Project Accountant
Opportunity to lead the project of merging of 2 payroll departments of two leading NHS trusts in central London. Work both as project lead and delivery consultant with team to support
One of London's leading NHS trusts based in Central/West London. They are due to merge with another large NHS body in 2022 so need to prepare back office payroll function
Key responsibilities of this role will include
-merging the two payrolls into one - moving one over into the other
Project managing this process. This will include
-project governance set up and ensuring all information is in the correct place.
-ensuring all data is in a format that can be moved across
-ensuring systems and processes are in a position to be moved
Ability to deliver the payroll merger themselves rather than just manage it. Must have experience in payroll - ideally in a payroll merger.
The successful candidate should exhibit the following
-experience working with payroll
-experience in project management (relevant qualification desired but not necessary)
-experience with a payroll merger in any other public or private body
