Accounting Clerk
Duties and responsibilities are hereby summarized but not limited to the following:
1. AR/AP/GL/ACS accounting bookkeeping
2. Check deposit and bank reconciliation
3. Issue checks to Vendors and Employees' reimbursement
4. Posting of Approved Costs and DNs by Month-End to facilitate Closing
5. Filing (of checks, Pierpass payments, etc.)
6. Assisting in Financial Reporting such as Cash Position Report and Monthly Tonnage Comparison Report
7. Other assignments by Management
