Performs in-depth analysis of financial statements and reports for prospective and existing companies who desire cash flow programs. Assess the financial strength and credit worthiness of the client as it relates to the credit risk inherent in cash flow programs. Provides financial approval or rejection of the proposed program from a financial standpoint.

Discuss financial issues and concerns directly with brokers, Insured's CFO or Insured's Treasurer as appropriate. Discussions may involve meetings with financial management leaders of current clients and/or prospects, banking and/or financial institutions as well as brokers.

Consult and/or influence on account design with the business unit underwriters and management to maximize the marketability of programs while minimizing credit exposure and losses when determining the amount and type of collateral. Assist business unit underwriters in obtaining collateral and assure collateral received timely. Ensure deal specific credit terms are properly reflected in the related agreements.

Controls adequacy, appropriateness and quality of collateral held for cash flow programs. Confirms that collateral provides proper financial security and conforms to statutory requirements. Negotiates and consults with business units, home office personnel, banking and financial institutions, brokers, clients and legal counsel regarding collateral type, requirements, adequacy, form and content.

Assists in the preparation of various financial reports for management reporting. Reports includes management of internal control reports and well as contributing to P&C statutory reporting to ensure that collateral is correctly reported and Chubb is in compliance with statutory requirements with regards to non-admitted reinsurance.

Support VP of Chubb Credit Management in financial review responsibilities, account management responsibilities, bankruptcy management and internal procedures of Chubb Credit Management. Provide technical support and assistance of a financial nature to all disciplines within the insurance industry.

Interfaces with numerous other Chubb units and departments while coordinating and implementing special financial services requests for clients and business units. Monitors implementations of service requests which are approved by Credit Management.

Qualifications:

BS/BA in Accounting or Finance. CPA or CFA or MBA or working towards desired.

3-5 years business experience in financial or accounting functions. Preferably have a background in the Insurance industry.

Strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.

Knowledge of Insurance industry, banking and financial institution practices including credit evaluation, large risk cash flow programs and statutory insurance.
