Job Description

This is to fill part-time adjunct faculty positions on the Brandon campus, Dale Mabry campus, MacDill A.F.B. center, Plant City campus, SouthShore campus, and Ybor City campus.

Preferred Qualifications

Prefer applicants with: (1) previous college or university level instruction experience, (2) work experience in the field of accounting or finance, and (3) the ability to work in the mornings or daytime hours.

Supplemental Job Information

To be considered, applicants must have been awarded the qualifying graduate degree and graduate semester hours from a regionally accredited educational institution. Applicants with a qualifying degree from an educational institution outside the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom must submit a foreign credential evaluation from one of the members of the National Association of Credential Evaluations Services (website: www.naces.org). Scan the foreign credential evaluation and attach to the application.

Part-time credit-course instructional faculty who have taught satisfactorily at HCC for one to eight semesters will be compensated at the rate of $71.00 per instructional point, based on the number of assigned load points. Those who have taught satisfactorily at HCC for more than eight semesters will be compensated at the rate of $73.00 per instructional point, based on the number of assigned load points.
