Job Title: Business analyst
Location: Noida
The Customer Remediation Team Business Analyst is responsible for researching customer facing issues, identifying the fix and in many cases the subsequent financial remediation required to make the customer whole. The business analyst is also responsible for writing requirements, providing root cause analysis and preventative measures within incident and or problem tickets. This individual will be responsible for all the research associated with the ticket, and all documentation is complete.
What will you be doing?
o Interacts with departmental Leadership to ensure that goals and objectives are being met
o Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company
o Analyze Business Requirements to create Test Strategies and Detailed Test Plans
o Execute Test Scripts for newly developed functionality
o Condition Test Accounts
o Audit Unit and Business Test Plans and Results
o Understand business requirements
o Assess and identify risks with regard to testing
o Escalate issues
o Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company
What we're looking for:
o Bachelor's degree and/ or equivalent work experience
o Relevant Financial sector experience
Skills that will help you in the role:
o Excellent interpersonal skills, especially with executive level customers and partner, as well as, internal and external contacts
o Proven leadership skills
o Superior presentation and communications skills
o Ability to effectively negotiate and influence to accomplish objectives in a matrix management environment
o Must have excellent oral and written communications skills and the ability to work with all levels of management
o Proficiency with Microsoft products, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point
o Extremely detail-oriented and ability to prioritize and see projects through to completion
o Able to work in a fast-paced organization and meet deadlines
o Ability to multi-task several initiatives concurrently
