Job Description: The RPMO Business Analyst will be responsible for the handling of Governance, UAT and

Reporting, ensuring that the right systems and workflow-based solutions that are being delivered into CitiRisk contains the proper functionality to streamline the workflow processes across all relevant Citi businesses. The Business Analyst will be a key point of contact for all users of CitiRisk Commercial functionalities during UATs, ensuring that the regulatory requirements are met, while enhancing and supporting the business process.

Additionally, the Business Analyst will serve in a supporting role for all UATs in CitiRisk assisting with the coordination and implementation of the UATs. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the set-up entitlements for CitiRisk Commercial UAT, coordination of meetings and calls related to CitiRisk UAT, drafting of test scripts for testing system functionalities and enhancements, tracking and reporting the progress of UATs. The Business

Analyst will also work on non-CitiRisk related projects at the discretion of the team, assisting in the capacity of project management, system

integration and reporting.

Job Background: RPMO is responsible for ensuring that the Risk Management & Business has the right

technical tools to assist in the lending and Risk Management process, and that all systems are

compliant with the Risk Management policies.

The RPMO team is a global team, with business analysts and project managers, being responsible for understanding the risk management and business requirements, creatively propose alternate and more efficient ways of operating, and representing the users in prioritization meetings, and interacting with technology to ensure delivery of a sound product within the required timelines and budget.

Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners such as the technology team, business and risk partners.
  • Collaborate with different technology teams for project estimation efforts and delivery.
  • Manages key business relationships effectively, including managing expectations about delivery timelines.
  • Work with technology and business users to gather business requirements.
  • Act as a creative thinker to the organization and propose new ways to look at processes and tools that can be applied to the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) process to improve the testing efficiency
  • Participate in the preparation, implementation and follow up of UAT testing from start to finish of each UAT project.
  • Draft test plans for testing functionality along with creating tracking tools to utilize to measure the progress of a UAT.
  • Develop and maintain communication standards and procedures; serve as subject matter expert on the UAT process.
  • Responsible for monitoring all conditions of approval to ensure that they are prioritized into a future UAT to validate the approval.
  • Identify testers for UAT projects and ensure proper entitlements are in place for the testers.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet challenging deadlines
  • Project management and cross-function coordination for support of RPMO priorities.
  • Participate in regular meetings with the Steering Committee and Risk Technology. Ensure that business requirements are prioritized appropriately.

Qualifications:
  • 5 -10 years of experience in in similar roles (desirable).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Excel (metrics and data analysis), PowerPoint (presentation decks), and Word (writing and editing procedural and technical documentation).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of commercial credit programs and the commercial credit process.
  • Broad understanding of classifiable and delinquency managed credit and operational policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of credit source systems and collateral reporting systems (desirable).
  • Ability to work with little supervision and work well as a part of a team.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills necessary. Must be comfortable providing updates on consistent basis.
  • Demonstrate financial and risk reporting knowledge as well as experience from the business and/or technical area desired.
  • Project management knowledge and experience working with diverse group of stakeholders to achieve milestones and deadlines and capability to handle multiple projects at one time.
  • Additional experience with classifiable managed and/or delinquency managed portfolios lending processes can represent an advantage
