Location: Pune
Introduction:
To work within the Customer Management Platform: CRM Salesforce.com work stream on all aspects of Business Analysis. Execution focused delivery ensuring tangible products delivered on time.
What will you be doing?
- Analyze AS-IS process and system, present findings and recommendations for required change to sponsor/stakeholder for approval
- Build solutions on the Salesforce.com identifying innovative and pragmatic implementable ideas
- Provide subject matter expertise on CRM in general and Salesforce.com in particular.
- Develop and communicate business case and delivery plans required to gain support and deliver the change
- Lead the implementation of solution into the operational environment including preparation of user documentation
- Provide post implementation support to all stakeholders and users ensuring change is implemented successfully in the line teams.
- Follow agreed Project Management governance and reporting principles
What we're looking for:
- Deep experience of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud applications.
- Hands on experience in Force.com customization preferred
- Knowledge of a structured change environment, for example in Banking, financial services or with a Fintech
- Agile development methodology
Skills that will help you in the Role :
- Good grasping power to learn new things quickly and to understand the Client's requirements.
- Translate simple to complex user requirements into functional and actionable software within the Salesforce environment
