What you'll achieve
As an Accounting Advisor, you will have integral role to play in the Accounting Team in Lodz which is responsible for Compliance and Statutory-Accounting process and work closely with Accounting Manager on site as well as working with a number of Dell WW supporting functions / sites .

You will:

• Monitor bookkeeping, analyze P&L and Balance sheet transactions and understand variances;
• Identify adjustments required from statutory point of view and prepare of statutory review in order to align the US GAAP and statutory reporting.
• Manage the statutory process for legal entities; deal with annual Statutory Audit; support financial statements preparation.
• Maintain of Fixed Assets register base on local Accounting rules and lead Fixed Assets inventory

Essential Requirements

• Accounting studies, University Degree with 7+ years of Accounting and Finance experience
• Drive for results, with focus on timely and complete delivery
• Flexible, enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook
• Fluent in English written and spoken

Desirable Requirements

• Part or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA) considered as an advantage
• Prior experience in Multinational Company, with Accounting Shared Services
