The Role:

FinXL currently seeks motivated, enthusiastic individuals to assist with Business Analyst and Project Manager / Analyst position. The role will be onsite in Melbourne CBD with some WfH may be necessary.

The position will be employed on a full-time basis with all usual sick pay and annual leave provisions. The position will be paying commensurate with the skills and experience required. $60K - $75K plus Superannuation.

Position duties / requirements may include, but not be limited to;
  • Analyse and ensure the data & reporting requirements and the associated user stories are developed, documented and aligned to overall strategy
  • Data mapping for multiple business units
  • Supporting broader group with organising documentation in Confluence
  • Undertake operations on SmartComm system
  • Utilise Collateral Management Framework
  • Work collaboratively with the other project streams to manage inter-dependencies across source system changes and reporting outcomes.
  • Work closely with Technology to ensure business requirements are analysed and implemented

Some of your day to day responsibilities will include;
  • Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings.
  • Coordinate and run if required daily communication between Product Owners, Senior Analysts, Developers and Scrum Master
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
  • Attend and at times Lead daily Sprints

It is preferred that the successful applicant possess;
  • At least two-years' experience in a corporate environment or within a customer centric role
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • At least two years' experience in SmartComm
  • At two one years' experience in Collateral Management Framework
  • SAFe Agile 4.6 or above
  • Experience running daily sprints and stand ups
  • Experience within Banking and Finance sector
  • Extensive experience in SQL and queries in alternate technology preferred
  • Strong mathematical mindset and capabilities
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Relevant degree within ICT
  • A 'can-do' attitude
  • Moderate to Strong Tech savviness
  • Be well presented and take pride in their work
