• Location: Melbourne CBD There is an exciting opportunity to work in the Project and Grant Management Branch of Corporate Services to support better grants/transfer payments management across DELWP.

As a key member of the Grants Systems and Support team, the Business Analyst provides system support and policy advice to grants program areas and the use of the grants management systems. The role undertakes business analysis, form development, issue resolution and system administration; coordinates program onboarding activities, participates in data integrity/reporting activities, and contributes to strategic projects as required. The role also supports the implementation of the department's Grants Management Framework and Transfer Payments Policy.

The Business Analyst will report to the Manager, Grants Systems and Support, and will work closely and collaboratively with stakeholders to improve grant management capability and onboard program/project to GEMS.

Specialist/Technical/Professional Capabilities
  • Saleforce Administration Certification or CRM support experience is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience and ability in supporting grants systems, financial systems and

processes is highly desirable.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of grants management policy and procedure would be an advantage.
