PQ Accountant

The client I am recruiting for is a FTSE 250 business, based in the West End (Holborn), and they specialise in Recruitment Consultancy. They are looking for a PQ Accountant (specialising in bonus calculations and share options) to join the team on a permanent basis, as part of the group's wider finance team.

Client Details

The client are a global recruitment company, that are looking for a PQ Accountant (specialising in bonus calculations and share options) to join their Finance team permanently. The role will set alongside the Group Finance team, Legal Council, the Company Secretary and the successful candidate will be in contact with the CFO, CEO and other senior board members on a regular basis.

Description

The successful PQ Accountant (specialising in bonus calculations and share options) will be:

• Working alongside a 3rd party organisation to help calculate bonuses
• Business partnering with the CFO, CEO and other senior management within the business
• Management and calculation of the company's share options scheme
• Dividend calculations
• Director Re-numeration Reports
• Calculation and drafting of stock exchange announcements
• Ad hoc reporting

Profile

The successful PQ Accountant (specialising in bonus calculations and share options) will:

• Have previous experience business partnering and liaising with senior stakeholders within the business
• Big 4/Audit background (highly desirable, not essential)
• Good Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, Formulas)
• Confident
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Studying towards their accounting qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, ACA etc)
• Great attention to detail

Job Offer

• £40,000 - £50,000
