Client Details
This organisation own a range of Subsidiary companies which then form part of the Group company. This role take's ownership for one of the Group companies.
Description
- This role incorporates a full range of duties from Sales and Purchase Invoicing to Credit Control, Monthly Management Accounts and Year End Accounts.
- Cost Accounting / Project Accounting
- Preparation and production of monthly Management Accounts including supporting schedules, variance analysis and commentaries
- Co-ordination of the month-end process including sales and purchase ledgers
- Preparation of monthly rolling forecasts
- WIPP Reporting
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts as part of the month end process
- Posting of accruals and prepayments and other journals
- Assist with VAT returns
- Work with external auditors for annual audit
- Assist with year End Statutory Accounts
Profile
- Engineering / Manufacturing sector Background Beneficial - Not essential
- Excel (Pivots Vlookups, Sumifs)
