- Assist in Name and Transaction Screening User Acceptance Testing
- Log UAT defects for IT to investigate and conscientiously follow through to ensure delivery and tested before rolling out the new changes
- Perform detailed briefings with BAU users to inform on key changes regarding the rollout and the impact to BAU processing or related exception handling, if any
- Assist in system Calibration exercises
- Review of Function Specifications and identify potential gaps between user requirements and product delivery
- Support in system related file preparations
- Any other ad-hoc project related works
Qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office (in particular - MS Excel) and macros preferred
- Previous experiences in project team
- Knowledge in SWIFT-related product will be an advantage
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
