Finance Manager

Our client are a fantastic service business based in Leamington. They are currently looking to bring on board a Finance Manager, responsible for the management of Financial Reporting and Financial Control across UK and US operations. This is a fantastic opportunity with a successful business, reporting directly into and working closely with the Finance Director. The successful candidate will be a newly qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or passed finalist looking to make the transition to a Finance Manager positon.

Key duties:

- Monthly close of UK P&L to a three-day close, including the posting of all Accruals and Pre-payments
- Monthly reconciliation of UK Balance Sheet, with presentation back to FD
- Production of quarterly financial reports for submission to supporting financial institutions as required
- Working with company accountants in the production of full year statutory accounts
- Liaising with HMRC in the production and payment of all statutory liabilities - Corporation Tax, PAYE, VAT
- Monthly production of UK and US Financial Metrics using internal and external data sources, detailing the financial health of each geography and in aggregate. To include insightful presentation of company performance (YTD and YTG forecasting) to the FD
- Regular production of short to medium term cashflow forecast for both the UK and US businesses, providing insightful review and identifying key actions to the FD
- Working closely with the FD and other departments, production of annual plans for the UK and US businesses including quarterly re-forecasts
