JOB VACANCY Credit Controller SSCI EMEA A vacancy has arisen for a Credit Controller at Glanbia Business Services in Dungarvan, Co Waterford . This is a permanent position and will report to the Customer Services Manager. Key Elements of the Role Managing the day to day delivery of all AR services in line with the service level agreement. Responsible for leading and managing a team of 6 accounts receivable staff to ensure performance against agreed objectives is maximised and staff development needs are met as appropriate. Ensuring that cash collection targets are achieved. Maintain a strong set of financial controls ensuring that their area of responsibility is compliant with the group credit control policy. Minimising bad debt to protect shareholder value. Resolving internal and external queries and correcting process issues. Undertake and deliver on delegated business-relevant tasks including Project participation where required. Develop a close working relationship with senior management in the business unit and across Glanbia. Monthly customer reconciliation and presenting reports and KPI's to senior management. Ad hoc work as required in the role. The position will require an onsite presence in the business unit but will be based primarily in the Shares Services Centre. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or qualification in Credit Management or Accountancy. Skills & Experience Proven track record in a similar role with at least 5 years related experience in a FMCG business environment. Extensive SAP and MS Office (Excel) experience and knowledge is essential. Excellent data analytical skills Ability to work to and meet tight deadlines. Strong commercial background. Excellent communicator with experience in engaging with customers, colleagues, Senior Management and external service providers. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships with finance logistics and sales functions. Competencies The energy, enthusiasm and drive to make it happen.
