Simpson Judge is working closely with a reputable accountancy practice based in Stockport who are looking to appoint a Bookkeeper into a friendly team. In this role, you will be responsible for a small portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities:
• Preparation of statutory accounts for small to medium sized Limited Companies including corporation tax computations.
• Preparation of unaudited Accounts for sole traders and partnerships.
• Preparation of VAT Returns.
• Preparation of self-assessment tax returns.
• Completion of bookkeeping work in the office and at client premises.
Requirements
• Competent using online computer software e.g. Xero, Quickbooks and/or Sage Accounts
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients
• Able to produce statutory accounts using FRS 102
• Maintain positive client relationships
