Accounts Technician - Accountancy Practice - Kilkenny Title: Accounts Technician Reporting to: Department Manager/Supervisor Responsibilities: • Accounts preparation using Vistopia Accounts production from either computerised or manual client records. • Assisting clients in updating and upgrading their computerised accounting records. • Preparation of tax computations and the related returns of income. • Preparing reports (mainly using standard templates) to clients based on annual audit, accounting and tax work. • Responding to client requests for information. Role with Firm: • Strong practice experience is essential • Qualified Accounting Technician would be advantageous • The firm facilitates the acquisition of significant experience and knowledge while remaining within training and development environment. • Advancement of career path is an essential element of the role.
