Jobs like this involve carrying out a range of analytical activities to support the effective delivery of projects, using RSAs Agile methodologies. You will be working on the Global IP project, involved in assisting with the implementation of changes to existing business operations and the improvement of an existing application, that is used across the globe.

This position works with stakeholders to elicit, understand, analyse, document, refine and communicate business needs so that business and/or technical delivery teams can build effective solutions. This requires a detailed understanding of internal customer needs, as well as business vision and strategy, to prioritise investment, business value and delivery. This role will serve as the business requirements expert, engaging and managing the work of internal subject matter experts from the business.

With a good working knowledge of operating in an Agile delivery environment, you will know how to think Agile, preferably using SCRUM or Kanban and will know how to guide others on the journey. You will engage with our stakeholders to convert their ideas and requirements into development user stories. This role requires excellent communication and analytical skills in order to effectively collaborate with business users, technology teams, and leadership in an Agile environment. You will have solid analytical and creative problem solving skills with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view. You can work independently and remain flexible and organized throughout projects in a fast paced environment and have the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence.

Prior knowledge and/or experience using tools like JIRA and Confluence are an advantage, with good MS Excel skills.


• Ensuring all work they carry out is completed in accordance with the established BA Best practice standards • Working to identify needs, gather requirements, develop user stories, and propose business solutions
• Working closely with the Product Owner, Scrum masters, and Software Development team to ensure user requirements, stories, and acceptance criteria are well understood to enable truly agile delivery
• Continuously refining user stories in the backlog to ensure the appropriate level of detail is captured at the right time
• Supporting the Product Owner in executing and maintaining the product roadmap
• Suggesting areas for process and productivity improvements within the team
• Collating and reconciling data and information from various sources to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Producing and providing clarification on periodic or ad-hoc reports or analyses within the project framework.
• Participating in planning of roadmaps, projects and work streams to ensure the delivery of the required outputs
