We are looking for someone with experience in Business Inteligence, to help provide the support for Informatics Department as Business Analyst.

We have placement opportunity available for a temporary Business Analyst based at Aylesbury.

Department: Informatics

Location: Aylesbury, remote work combined with onsite work

Pay: £26.42 per hour plus accrued holiday pay

Duration: 6 months

The working hours for this role are full time and you would be required to work within Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:00. Hours and days required for working will be appointed after mutual agreement.

Please note, this role is based on site with some remote working. You must be able to attend on site when needed.

The role responsibilities:
  • Supports the BI team in capturing and modelling requirements, manages the pipeline of work and ensuring BI customers' expectations are managed.
  • Designs mock-up and prototypes for both data and Visualisation layers, acting as conduit between BI customers and BI developers.
  • Manages the transition of project outputs to BAU through ensuring a plan for non-functional requirements.
  • Documents and manages the migration of reports on various platforms to enterprise PowerBI system.
  • Leads on the adoption of Azure DevOps and acts as DevOps and Agile coach.
  • Builds mock-ups with wireframes to validate requirements.

We are looking for following experience and qualifications:
  • Ideally 5 years NHS experience
  • Laraval IDE and Visual Studio
  • Azure DevOps, Prince2 & Any Agile framework
  • Wireframes and MVC design patterns
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of experience
