We are looking for a Clinical Audit & Quality Improvement Co Ordinator to work remotely.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support clinical teams in the process for registering proposed clinical audit and service evaluation projects by using a bespoke database (SNAP) which is supported by Microsoft Access.
  • Undertake clinical audit utilising electronic systems e.g Meditech / Badgernet / ImageNow to locate relevant information.
  • Support Trust staff in the process for undertaking clinical audit and service evaluation projects.
  • Assist in developing clinical audit tools to support collection of data and automated data analysis on completion of data collection.
  • Maintain/update local Audit plan and audit registers for Divisions.
  • Respond to email contacts sent to the bespoke clinical audit email.

System Knowledge
  • Microsoft Office- particularly Access, excel, word.
  • Electronic patient records Meditech, Badger
  • Ulysees
