Management Accountant Location: Corby Reporting to: Financial Controller Salary Package/benefits: £30,000 to £35,000 (Depending on experience) Study Packages will be considered. Pension Scheme - Following a qualifying period of 3 month's continuous employment. Group Life Insurance Scheme - Following a qualifying period 12 month's continuous employment. 20 days holiday entitlement plus public/bank holidays.

Job Purpose You will be a key part of the finance department, working closely with the Financial Controller. Preparing and analysing financial information to assist management with planning and decision making within the business.

Principal Accountabilities:  Production of Monthly Management Accounts  Prepayments and Accruals  Cashflow Forecasting  Submission of Group Vat Return  Assist with the production of Board Packs and Supporting Analytical Information  Assist with the preparing of Company Budgets and Forecasts.  Project Work

Skills and Qualification Requirements  Studying or have a professional accountancy qualification.  Strong attention to detail  Ability to work under pressure and set deadlines.  Strong financial knowledge.  Analytical Skills  IT literate and proficient with Microsoft Excel  Good Communication Skills

If you have experience of Xero or Salesforce, that would be a distinct advantage.
