A leading, multinational business requires an ambitious, recently qualified Group FP&A Analyst to be based in Central London.
The Group FP&A Analyst will provide financial support to the commercial team on all group FP&A activities, helping shape strategic direction, monitor business performance and accelerate growth. This role holder will closely assist the business consolidating results for group budgeting and forecasting activities, and providing ad hoc commercial analysis support whenever necessary.
Group FP&A Analyst - Responsibilities:
Consolidation and presentation of group budgets and forecast
Maintenance of FP&A output reports to support robust analysis
Preparation for routine elements of Commercial deliverables such as Flash, Exco, Board Commercial reporting packs and Partner presentations
Supporting role on routine and ad hoc group commercial requests
Supporting role for modelling and predictive analysis initiatives
Providing ad-hoc, project related reports
Help improve internal MI and financial analysis Business Support
The candidate:
Degree level education
Recently qualified (CIMA or ACCA)
Demonstrable commercial finance experience gained from within a complex organisation
Demonstrable record of delivery in a finance role with exposure to FP&A, commercial finance and corporate accounting
Experience with information systems and related tools for staging and deploying information
Previous experience of data visualisation tools Power BI (data processing and programming language advantageous)
Experience in data modelling preferable
Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Building robust, sustainable relationships at all levels of the organisation
Advanced MS Office skills (particularly Excel)
